The Findlay Launch program has two storefronts, each designed for a different concept.

1809 Elm Street

This storefront has been built out for concepts looking to do a robust carry-out and delivery service. The space has a fully built-out commercial kitchen and small front-of-house space perfect for ordering, waiting, and pickup. There is the potential to have a small dine-in option depending on how a resident chooses to use the space. A parklet is also included.

Market-rate rent, utilities (gas, electric, water/sewer), internet, and Findlay Market Common Area Maintenance (CAM) fees are required to be paid monthly by the resident.

Current rent and CAM fees for this space are $1,322.08 per month ($23/square foot at 695 square feet).
Individual utilities are separate from this cost.

1811 Elm Street

This storefront was built out with the food-related retail business in mind. This 593-square-foot storefront is perfect, whether you’re producing and selling baked goods or building a sandwich or salad spot. Any food-related concept that does not require a hood for permitted operations will work here. This space is a blank canvas and ready for your concept!
